Covered Your Wall by Using Timber

External timber covering or cladding, of a building gives it character, determines the building's cost value and protects it from weather. There are many types of external cladding choices, each with a unique look, price and way to maintain its function on a building.

Whether you're a wood, stone, brick, or a seamless steal person will influence what type of external timber cladding used on your building or home.

As you move inside the building you have created, you might decide to construct a home theater. That's where you will need timber cladding wall; an environmentally friendly way used to construct the exterior or interior walls of a building.

Timber covering of a wall is a very efficient way of creating acoustical wall panels. Whatever you decide to do (be it a home theater or a recording studio), natural wood works very well with sound waves. Acoustical wall panels made of wood are also a wonderful way to bring the warmth of nature inside your home.

If what you are looking for is a sparkle, or to see your reflection then there are 3 choices you must make; oil, varnish, or lacquer.

In using oil, you would leave the timber cladding untarnished; several coats of linseed or tung oil should be massaged into the wood, repeating the process once the wood starts to dull. With varnish or lacquer, you could use stain or leave it out, and add in several coats while drying in-between.

Always consider locally available options.
